  • Deena runs a series of Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Program throughout the year.

    It is an 8 week course teaching a range of mindfulness and meditation practises, cultivating awareness of stress reactivity and stress resilience.

    It teaches the participant to cultivate a refined attentiveness and a compassionate, observant stance toward what arises in a given moment, internally and externally.

    It enables 3 distinct changes:

    • 1 -

      Fragmented, distracted habits of mind begin to diminish

    • 2 -

      Negative and aggressive habits of reactivity diffuse.

    • 3 -

      A fuller understanding of oneself revealing one's authentic nature.
